Notification of a Cyber Security Incident

We regret to inform you that PG Bison was recently a victim of a cyber security incident which may have resulted in unauthorised access to personal information processed by PG Bison.

Upon discovering the incident our dedicated team of IT experts immediately initiated a comprehensive investigation to determine the extent of the breach. We launched our response protocols, quarantined affected users and their machines, and ensured that all users changed their passwords.

This matter is of paramount importance to PG Bison, and we want to provide you with necessary information and resources to protect yourself against any potential risks. Given that there is an increased risk of fraud and other identity crimes associated with personal information being in the hands of cybercriminals, we suggest that you employ the following measures alongside your usual data security and management practices:

  1. Be cautious of phone calls, emails or SMS’s that request any personal information from you and do not disclose any personal information, unique identifiers, PIN numbers or passwords.
  2. If you suspect that you have been contacted by a fraudster, notify your bank or relevant service provider.
  3. Change your passwords regularly and make use of different passwords for the various applications and profiles you use.
