Celebrating PG Bison on a Global Stage
PG Bison is a proudly South African brand steadily making an impact on a global scale, with our products being featured at CASACOR Perú, a prestigious architecture, design, art, and landscaping exhibition in South America.
CASACOR Perú has built a reputation as a cultural platform and design trends space, bringing together a diverse range of brands, sponsors, designers and thought leaders from across the world. The exhibition where PG Bison featured took place in Magdalena del Mar, Lima in Perú. For PG Bison, this was a milestone moment.

Designing for the present to inspire the future
The theme was “De Presente O Agora”, aptly translated as “The Present, The Now”, which served to reflect on how today’s decisions impact tomorrow’s generations. This theme resonated deeply with PG Bison’s mandate to invest in the future of design and to accelerate the growth of the African design landscape.
Designers, including Ann Sullivan, Hiro, and Romo, incorporated PG Bison’s MelaWood product range in their designs, with products supplied by Maderas America, PG Bison’s distributor in Perú. From South Africa to the world – reflects how far-reaching PG Bison products have soared, being represented on an international stage of such magnitude.

Design for everyday life’s detail
The CASACOR exhibition was expansive and diverse, featuring five distinct areas dedicated to exhibitions and art installations, along with 70 fully realised spaces including eight studios and lofts, 16 houses, seven gardens and six restaurants, bars and cafés.
Visitors also explored family spaces, five unisex bathrooms, four retail stores and commercial hubs, as well as bedrooms, powder rooms, reading rooms, a home office, a home cinema, laundry areas, kitchens, living rooms and even a fully functional coworking space. This multidisciplinary environment was a powerful reminder of how design touches every corner of daily life, and how exhibitions like CASACOR help to showcase and define the standards and aspirations of the industry.

Shaping design conversations worldwide
Partnering with distributors such as Madera’s America has helped us realize this proud chapter in our journey, one that affirms our ability to influence international design conversations, transforming inspiration into beautiful spaces that speak to creativity, and the shared language of design. It stands as a reminder of how far South African product innovation can reach and how design, when done with purpose, connects cultures and communities across the world.
